New building for Campus Sisimiut
As of August 1, Arctic DTU has moved to its new location on Adammip Aqqutaa. Our new campus building is 885 m² and includes significant space with several classrooms, lounge areas, offices and meeting rooms, a large kitchen and lunchroom, two kitchenettes, and several storage rooms.
Impression of the new building
The new building not only gives more space and capacity. It is also located just on the campus of KTI, with all its extended facilities next door.
DTU is now physical part of the Ilinniarfeqarfik Sisimiut, the joint campus of Sisimiut, which include easy access to modern, attractive facilities such as laboratories, workshops, conference rooms, large canteen etc for the benefit of both students and staff.
We are convinced that our new location will create room for more synergy, initiatives and activities both on education and research and generally invite for a closer collaboration with KTI.
